How to wear a Wrap Dress: I really am loving the color blues this winter, any shade. If you seen my last outfit the bold bring seems to make me smile. Being a Plus Size Girl, currently I am a 5’10” ish and 235 lb, I am a plus size lady currently wearing an 18. I have been as full figured as a size 24 298lb which was a few years ago. I have a variety of clothes sizes in my closet. As my body has changed over the years, I found some dresses jut fit me better than others. Unlike most big girls I do not have “Big Girls” aka boobs. Sometimes a wrap dress is not a great option, because I am missing the rack to fill the dress.
This Dress is in my latest shipment of Gwynnie Bee. It is a size 18 and I was not sure if I loved it out of the box. Once I tried it on I was pleasantly surprised.
How to Wear a Wrap Dress:
- Correct under garments Bra must fit properly, no gaps or 3rd over flow boob
- Wear a Shaper or smoother or if it is cool control top tights (all of which are a plus size ladys friend)
- Make sure the Dress has an inside wrap tie, so you are dbl secure it is not opening
- Wear a small heel to length the look of your legs
- Wear a necklace that shows of your neck and cleavage
Gwynnie Bee is a subscription based clothing service that allows you to pick out a a virtual closet of clothes and send you them to wear. You can either purchase them at a discount or return them after wearing them. It is like having new clothes weekly, wear them once or more and return when finished. They specialize in sizes 10-32. Free shipping to and from you home. I adore the idea of renting clothes because I don’t like to wear the same things more than once. I cant recommend them enough.
Take a moment everyday and make yourself happy! Your world will thank you!
